JAMMER ARMS

These Jammer Arms are compatible with your Q235 Squat Rack, and use a single pin mechanism to allow you to quickly add or remove them. Optimised for Olympic Bumper Plates, these Arms are the perfect attachment for your Q235 Squat Rack, and can be attached at any height to suit your exercises. 

They're also easy to store, either by letting them hang from their bolted position, or by putting them in the storage at the back of the Q235 rack. 

They can be used for bilateral or unilateral training, making them the perfect tools for isolating weaknesses or correcting imbalances, as well an extensive range of seated, standing or floor based exercises including pressing, pushing, lifting and rowing.
