Rug and Rig has partnered with some of the best local delivery services to get your gear to you as soon as possible for the lowest rate. We ship all over Australia, from metropolitan to regional areas. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For your convenience and planning, we have established a Shipping Calculator on our product pages, which will generate the indicative delivery charges based upon your postcode. However, the actual rates are best viewed at the checkout, as depending on your location, you may receive multiple rates by different providers. As a rule of thumb, we recommend that you select the cheapest option.  


Metro Melbourne 

Our team is committed to dispatch all orders received before 12 PM on the same day during weekdays. After 12 PM, you can expect your item within the day or the next day. However, there may be delays due to unexpected disruptions because of COVID-19 and isolations. If you are concerned about the shipment, please do not hesitate to contact our dispatch team.  

Metro Sydney  

When delivering to Sydney, we work with multiple service providers.  

During the peak period (July to August), your items may be dispatched in individual cartons or palletised to ensure safe transition. All items are initially sent to our local courier, Couriers By Demand, based in Rockdale, for redistribution.  

Through the off-peak period, we choose an appropriate Road Transport service depending on your location. It’s typically Allied Express or Hunter Express for quick delivery. 

Interstate and Regional 

Delivery times vary from state to state and regional Victoria and regional NSW. We have provided an image of estimated delivery times to each state above.  

We will often engage with Allied Express or Hunter Express for these deliveries. We may also seek other providers when our primary transport services cannot service your area.

Pick Up 

We are located at 12/14 Burgess Road, Bayswater North, Victoria. To arrange pick up from our warehouse simply select the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout. Our team will get in touch with you to schedule a pickup time that works for you. If you had any questions, regarding the pickup, you may ring us on 03 9793 8105 and select option 2. 

Our warehouse collection hours are by appointment only. Please contact us using the information above if you’d like come in. 

Change of Delivery Address 

For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 



If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
