Refund Policy

Returns

 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

In the case that you have changed your mind about the item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. This includes manuals, smaller accessories, and their containers.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Return shipping costs are not included in the refund.

 

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to reject a refund.

 

 

Warranty and Damages

 

 

All our products come with manufacturer warranty for one year. If there is a fault, we will organise a replacement and pay the associated shipping costs.

 

Upon receiving, please inspect the items, and if you observe any defects or damages, it will assist the warranty process if there are images provided. Contact us immediately at support@rugrigfitness.com.au if you have any concerns.

 

If there is a minor fault, we aim to replace the item within 45 days, upon approval of warranty.

 

For major faults, we will consider how to proceed based on the situation.

 

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original condition, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping is not included.

 

 

Refunds

 

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
