Very solid build. Good thick powder coat finish. Quality components and fasteners supplied, really easy assembly. Seat and back are padded with good dense foam so they won't flatten out quickly. Overall a really well made piece of equipment.

COMFORTABLE FIT

This 10 Angle Adjustable Weight Bench provides a thickly padded, boxed stitched surface for strong, durable and comfortable use. It allows you to vary your workout with 4 different flat, incline, and decline positions. Features dumbbell holders for easy access and storage.

STANDARD DESIGN 

The sleek design of the weight bench is one of it's best features. With an assembled weight of just 34KGS, you'll be able to move it around with ease. Plus, with 10 different adjustments, you can use this bench for just about any workout routine. The range of angle from -30 to 90 degrees.

VERSATILE FEATURES 

It performs a number of upper and lower body exercises while incorporating dumbbell use to hit goals and build / maintain muscle. This bench can also be used as the center piece for core exercises, and is great for leg lifts, crunches, twists and more.
