Jammer Arms

Jammer arms are a versatile piece of equipment that can be compatible with various types of racks. However, the compatibility may vary depending on the specific design and dimensions of both the jammer arms and the rack. These Jammer Arms are compatible with 70x70  or 75x75 racks, and use a single pin mechanism to allow you to quickly add or remove them. Optimised for Olympic Bumper Plates, these Arms are the perfect attachment for your Rack, and can be attached at any height to suit your exercises. 

They're also easy to store, either by letting them hang from their bolted position, or by putting them in the storage at the back of the rack. 

They can be used for bilateral or unilateral training, making them the perfect tools for isolating weaknesses or correcting imbalances, as well an extensive range of seated, standing or floor-based exercises including pressing, pushing, lifting and rowing.
