Fractional plates, also referred to as micro plates or change plates, are used for making small increments in lifts to accumulate small and consistent weight gains.

 

Available in 1.25kg to 2.5kg, these weight plates are essential for incrementally and progressively increasing load when you seemingly can't lift any more. These smaller weight plates help you hit your percentages with accuracy.
