THE RUG + RIG PLATES
Made to IWF Olympic standards, our Olympic Bumper Plates are commercial quality. They're engineered for serious functional fitness use, and have been tested to withstand over 9,000 stops onto hard flooring, making them reliable and durable.
Depending on the weight, the plate thickness changes. However, all plates comply with IWF standards, and have a hole diameter of 2 inches (or 50.8mm).
Coated in high-quality rubber, the plates also feature an embossed Rug + Rig logo and the plate weight on both sides. These plates are idea for indoor home gyms or garage gyms, as well as competition Olympic lifting, strength training and functional fitness.
